Working closely with service users and family members, we provide flexible care arrangements to make sure that all needs are met comprehensively and sensitively.

Our team can provide as much or as little care and support as you would like, from assisting with weekly grocery shopping and domestic support to meeting more complex needs such as personal hygiene, moving and assisting, dressing, meal preparation, cooking and servicing, administering medication and working in partnership with other health professionals to manage your health and well-being.

Live-in care

This is the real alternative to a care home.

We all want to remain in our own home for as long as possible, and ideally want to stay in our familiar surroundings.

Our live-in-care flexible support packages can provide a solution as a live-in care worker gives you or your loved one every opportunity to maximise their independence, have the much needed support, care and companionship needed for everyday living whilst also giving the opportunity to remain in the community they know and love.

This will also offer reassurance to family members that their loved one is safe and secure with their needs being met by an experienced individual.

We offer tailored packages for all individuals above the age of 18 years with physical or mental health support needs at very affordable prices

Compassionate care from caregivers you can trust

Our experienced care and support workers are trained to support each individual with daily living tasks that you or your family member find difficult and will offer companionship that suits your needs and this is provided in a person centred manner through our robust assessment process.

You can rely on them to support your needs from personal hygiene, physical moving and assisting and complex care needs, medications, making and attending appointments, shopping, domestic services or having the simple and beautiful joys that come with having a friendly companion to enjoy the day together.

Mental health

Our live-in care support team can provide a solution which enables you or your loved one to stay in their own home with the safety and reassurance of round the clock care.

We can help you with:

· Regular live-in support up to 24-hours a day

· Regular live-in respite support

· Night cover (both wake night or sleep-in support)

This service can be especially helpful if you are a couple looking to stay together in your own home with little or significant support and have varying needs between you.

Dementia care

We are specialists in the provision of dementia care and are thoroughly experienced in providing care suitable for each stage of the disease.

Throughout our lifetime, we are constantly building and reviewing a wealth of memories and information. With dementia, organising and accessing these memories and information becomes increasingly difficult and begins to affect a person’s ability to manage everyday life.

It can become harder to work out how to do everyday tasks, it becomes harder to concentrate and focus and easier to become distracted when undertaking a task with multiple stages.

We understand that this can be a delicate subject and difficult for you or your loved one to discuss but with the right level of support there is no reason why you cannot stay at home, independent, safe and with dignity.

Our care team are all trained in dementia awareness and how best to support and communicate with those living with the disease. Our person-centred approach ensures that our service delivery is organised completely around the needs of those using our service
